Download the CaiNiao app to view package pickup information. Most deliveries will show a pickup code for the corresponding courier station. Go to the station and find your package according to that code.
East Campus Courier Station
The East Campus courier station is located east of Canteen 3 on the Yanqihu East Campus. Major courier companies such as YTO, ZTO, STO, Best Express, and SF Express are generally covered.
Some large deliveries, including Deppon and ANE, as well as SF Express, Tmall Supermarket, JD, and some ZTO packages, may need to be picked up by the roadside west of the East Campus sports field at the beginning of the semester. China Post is located behind the gymnasium.

West Campus Courier Station
The West Campus courier station is located opposite Canteen 1 on the Yanqihu West Campus. It mainly provides sending and receiving services for teachers and students. Most couriers, including Tmall Supermarket, JD, and SF Express, can usually be received there. There is currently no China Post pickup point on the West Campus, so China Post packages need to be collected on the East Campus.
